Barbara is a Strategy and Financing Specialist for Corporates, Small to Medium Enterprises, Central and Local Government Institutions and Development Agencies with over 22 years banking experience, 4 years Industry and entrepreneurial experience and 2 years Social Impact Investment experience. She is acquainted with many skills which include Business Development, Relationship Management, Leadership, Business Modelling; Change Management and Credit Risk Management.
Barbara has a broad understanding of Zimbabwe economic landscape having navigated businesses through the different economic resuscitation programmes. She also has a track record of assembling and leading winning teams, managing and motivating talented staff at all levels towards attaining vision and goals having worked in Senior Management for the last 17 years

Sam Mazivanhanga

Sam has worked for 20 years in various senior management roles in the banking sector in Zimbabwe including General Manager at NDH Asset Management and Head of Treasury at Agribank. He joined the property and construction sector with Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd in 2012 and headed the sales portfolio. Sam is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa, and a diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe.

Blessing is a registered Chartered Accountant (Z) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAZ) and Women Chartered Accountants Network (WeCan). She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration Degree -Strategic Leadership with the University of Zimbabwe where she has also completed an Executive Certificate in Project Management. Blessing has over 15 years working experience in the private sector where she has held several positions including Audit Manager, Head of Finance, Head of Projects and Head of Risk and Audit. She is currently the Head of Finance of AWET, a not for profit organisation in the development sector.
Princess Mazumba

Princess Mazumba is a qualified CFA Charter holder who is a skilled investment analyst and portfolio manager with 6 years’ experience in Fund Management. She also holds a BComm Honours Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. She has worked initially as an analyst and then as a portfolio manager to develop strategies to advice, manage and monitor investor portfolios under diverse mandates in Platinum Groupe. She is highly skilled in the analysis of financial markets, with a main focus in equities, fixed income and property investments and crafting of investment solutions suitable for corporate, institutional and individual clients. In addition to being a portfolio manager, she is also the current Head of Research and Advisory under Platinum Financial Solutions where she supervises the research team in developing essential research that is relevant in advisory deals, various investment markets and the macro environment.
Gabriel Mapondera

Gabriel M. Mapondera is Currently MD for Mosioatunya Development Company (Private) Limited, a state- owned enterprise mandated to develop, manage and promote tourism infrastructure investments in Zimbabwe and the sub Saharan region. Prior to that Gabriel was CE at Tonota Capital Partners (Private) Limited [“TCP”], an international debt capital brokerage firm focusing on trade, project and mezzanine financing. During his 9 year term at TCP, Gabriel arranged US$125 million offshore project & trade finance facilities for Zimbabwe based entities. Prior to joining TCP in 2010 Gabriel spent 3 years at Ecobank Zimbabwe (“formerly Premier Banking Corporation”) as Structured Finance Manager.
